The event is called "Kurokonobasuke to aru machi no kiseki in Umeda." The exhibit takes place at Daimaru Museum in Umeda starting from January 2, 2017 to January 16, 2017. The main characters of "Kuroko's Basketball" will be having arts in a fancy dress on the event.
According to Crunchyroll, the new arts that have just been released features the main characters all dressed up for a fancy night. This attire ties with an exhibit that was earlier advertised, and will be featuring a special party with a formally dressed host to help ring in 2017.
