Comparably's annual Best Global Company Culture list showcases top-rated workplace cultures among large companies (over 500 employees) with an international presence. Rankings are based on feedback from current employees globally who anonymously shared their opinions on Comparably.com in the past year. Nearly 20 aspects of workplace culture were assessed, covering compensation, leadership, work-life balance, professional growth opportunities, and perks. Ratings were collected from February 2023 to February 2024.

Uber

Uber employees express satisfaction with their compensation package, including pay, stock, equity, and benefits. They rate their colleagues highly, with 803 participants giving them an A+. Most find Uber's meetings effective and look forward to interacting with coworkers.

Workday

Employees at Workday are very satisfied with their colleagues, with 867 participants giving them an A+. Most find Workday's meetings effective and enjoy interacting with coworkers. Additionally, the majority perceive the work environment as positive, with many finding the pace of work comfortable. Around 71% work 8 hours or less, while only 2% have days longer than twelve hours.

ADP Culture

Employees at ADP are satisfied with their overall compensation, including pay, stock, equity, and benefits. They are particularly pleased with their team, with 1421 participants rating their coworkers highly. Most find meetings effective and enjoy interacting with colleagues. Additionally, the majority view the work environment as positive and feel the pace of work is comfortable. About 68% work 8 hours or less, while only 1% have days longer than twelve hours.
