Tiger Woods & Lindsey Vonn News: Is Elin Nordegren Happy For Ex-Husband and Vonn?

When Tiger Woods and Lindsey Vonn revealed that they are dating each other in March 2013, Elin Nordegren was not amused, but the ex-wife of the golf superstar is now reportedly happy for his ex-husband.

In an interview with People, Nordegren said that she is happy for Woods with regards to his relationship with Vonn, while also adding that she is feeling comfortable with the skiing star, who is reportedly taking good care of Woods' children with Nordegren.

"I'm happy for Tiger," Nordegren said. "In general, in any kind of step-parent relationship, I'm happy that there's somebody else loving my children."

Nordegren also admitted in the same interview that she was devastated when she learned that Woods was cheating on her, saying that the word betrayal is not strong enough to describe what she felt back then.

"In the beginning, you tamp down the animosity for the kids' sake," Nordegren said. "I'm not going to deny that I went through the wringer. But I don't think I doubted we'd end up here. That was always my dream, that the kids can have two loving parents that show respect for each other. And I feel that's what they have."

But now that Woods is happy with Vonn, and Nordegren is already dating a new guy, the Swedish model insisted that she has already moved on and is grateful to Woods for being a good father to their two children.

"I have moved on and I am in a good place," Nordegren said. "My relationship with Tiger is centered around our children and we are doing really good - we really are - and I am so happy that is the case. He is a great father."

As for her own relationship, Nordegren admitted that she is enjoying getting around with coal magnate Chris Cline, and she is also keeping doors open to getting married and having more children in the future.

"I think I would like that. Yeah. But I have a boy and a girl, and I couldn't ask for anything more. I feel like I'm in a great spot-great if it happens, great if it doesn't," Nordegren said.
