In the latest episode of "Dragon Ball Super", Goku heaved his last breath as infamous assassin Hit killed him with a single shockwave to the chest. Fans of the hit anime series are all the more tuned in on how this will play out in future episodes and affect the present story arc.
"Dragon Ball Super" is currently at the thick of its "Hit" arc, which began in episode 68. Jobs & Hire has previously reported that the plot will center around the assassin coming to Universe 7 to kill Goku - and in episode 71 which aired on Dec. 18, this came to pass.
"Dragon Ball Super" Episode 72 Spoilers
Although it appears that Goku has died in the latest episode, AOTF reports that this is not so; Goku fired a Ki blast that gave him a shock and brought him back to life. More intriguingly, Hit was merely carrying out orders from attendant martial arts teacher Vados, who in turn was acting upon the directions of someone more powerful.
The report goes on to say that the ultimate culprit may be Champa, the God of Destruction of Universe 6. This can be confirmed on Christmas day when episode 72 is all set to air.
"Dragon Ball Super" Episode 73 and 74 Spoilers
Rumors are abuzz that Gohan will take center stage in episodes 73 and 74 of "Dragon Ball Super." In a report from Blasting News, Gohan will supposedly take on the form of a warrior, although it is unknown whether he will be making use of his Super Saiyan transformation - or more aptly, "Mystic Warrior", the name fans have christened him with.
Episode 73 has gotten a working title of "Gohan Becomes A Movie Star?" while the next episode is entitled "For The Sake Of What He/She Loves!" Because of its seemingly distant reference to the current "Hit" arc, speculations are rising that Universe 6's assassin is but a fleeting character in the series a
Furthermore, another story arc is supposedly slated to begin in the upcoming year. Called the "Universal Survival Arc", it will launch on Feb. 5, 2017, and may most likely serve as the backdrop where the Multiverse Tournament will take place.
