A study suggests that use of e-cigarettes among teens predispose them to move on to conventional smoking. Several states reportedly proposed the banning of sale of this electronic device to minors, while in Douglas County, the second and final reading for the proposed ordinance to stop selling e-cigarettes to minors have been already scheduled.
